The Computer Society Top 10 Technology Trends for 2015.

  • Next year, consumers will enjoy increased productivity of printers, fatigued and low-lying 3D printers, and researchers and accountants will face major technical difficulties that can produce so advanced e-mails. The IEEE Computer Society today announced its top ten technology trends for 2015 and explores how these technologies can be integrated into everyday life.
  • With a growing focus on cloud computing and high-device security, cybersecurity in general continues to be a serious concern. Interoperability and key standards will be the key to highlight the potential of all Software Defined (SDX) and Internet of all kinds (IOA).
  • “Researchers have worked on these issues for years, but there should be real progress in these areas in 2015,” said Thomas Conti, future chairman of the IEEE Computer Society. “We’ve reached a warping point with 3D printing that will revolutionize productivity, and the explosion of internet interoperability and standards makes it critical for interconnected machines.”

1. The time is right for wearable devices:
